• Your phone model and app version (Profile → scroll to the bottom)
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Common questions

My login code did not arrive. The code is sent on WhatsApp, not SMS — check WhatsApp first. Codes expire after 5 minutes, and you can request up to 3 in an hour. Make sure the number you entered is the one registered on WhatsApp.

I want to delete my account. Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. You will be sent a confirmation code. Deletion is permanent.

Saanjha is still early. Community pooling, group trips and order tracking are in active development. If something looks empty, that is why — not a fault with your phone.
